Established in 1998 by our Chairman, Founder and Managing Director, Capt. Oscar D. Orbeta, Top Ever Marine Management Philippine Corporation remains as one of the esteemed Filipino owned manning agencies in the Philippine Shipping Industry.
As a retired Naval Officer with distinguished years of service to both the Philippine Navy and Philippine Coast Guard, Capt Orbeta have built the company through an impressive work ethics, hard work and commitment that laid the foundation of trust and partnership between the founders of TEMM Maritime Co., Ltd – Capt Masato Suzuki and Engr. Motoya Hamaguchi.
The years in military service of our Chairman have provided an outstanding and unparalleled template in the way the company have faced the challenges in ensuring the quality level of Filipino crew are employed for international commercial vessels.
It is with this grit and determination that the company are able to effectively adapt and deliver the required crewing services as required by the various principals to various vessel types ranging from Bulk, Container, Roro.
